- I am single adoptive mom of 3 kids, fostered 31. I have a 13 yr old son , and b/g twins at 11. I teach piano and voice here in my home and we have homeschooled HAPPILY thruout. THere are twists and turns but i get more comfortable in myself each year and the kids have been self-directed learners from the start. i relax more, they learn more!
