- I am a retired journalist looking for her next passion. However, education is an ongoing interest. I sent my children to a Waldorf School and have not looked back once. Indeed, it was hard to send them to public high school, but the closest Waldorf high school would have required sending them away from home, not an alternative. I want all children to have the same opportunity to discover the joy of learning in an environment where they are loved, honored, and led by wise teachers.
